Bubbly cocktails: One sparkling, three ways

One bottle of bubbles, three ways. From The Classic, to The Bisou Bellini and The Kir Royale, spruce up your glass with some festive cheer.

The Classic

  • 1  box of sugar cubes
  • 1 bottle of Angostura bitters
  • 1 bottle of sparkling white 
  • A lemon for a lemon twist
  1. Drop one sugar cube in your Champagne flute 
  2. Fill your class to the top with bubbles 
  3. Add three drops of bitters and garnish with a lemon twist 

The Bisou Bellini

  • 1 can of apricot nectar
  • 1 bottle of sparkling white 
  • 1 bottle of Crème de Framboise
  1. Add one tablespoon of apricot nectar to the bottom of your Champagne flute
  2. Fill the glass with sparkling and top with a splash of Crème de Framboise

The Kir Royale 

  • 1 bottle of sparkling white 
  • Blackberry liqueur
  • A lemon for a lemon twist
  1. Fill the bottom of the glass with a splash of blackberry liqueur and fill to the very top with bubbles 
  2. Garnish with a lemon twist
