We want you to enjoy your wine. And let’s be honest — we want you to keep coming back for more, and to tell all your friends about us.
We only sell the wines we love and drink ourselves, so it’s all good wine, as far as we’re concerned. But we also know everyone has their own tastes and opinions. We’re passionate believers in that. That’s why we have a 100% Mofo Happiness Guarantee.
If you’ve opened two bottles or less in a case of twelve, or one in a case of six, you can return your case of wine for a full credit or refund. The same rules apply to mixed cases and club wines. We know it’s a bit different with a mixed case, given the wines aren’t the same, but hey, it’s all part of the wine adventure, and fair’s fair.If you’ve opened more, call or email and we’ll figure something out.
So if you’re not 100% happy with any wine you order from the ’fo, contact us within 365 days of delivery and we can arrange a replacement (where available), credit or full refund  —  you choose. 
We’ll even pick the wine up and cover the cost of return. Note that if your case isn’t received at our warehouse within 30 days we’ll assume you changed your mind and drank the evidence, and we’ll cancel the return in our system. 

I want to return my wine, what do I do?

Give us a call on 0800 884 666 or email us at team@vinomofo.co.nz, let us know and tell us why, and we’ll organise for our couriers to contact you and arrange to collect the wine.

If you don’t have the original box, don’t worry, any box that fits the wine will do. To help out our lovely drivers, we do ask that you ensure the box is in good condition, with only unopened bottles inside, securely taped up, and free from any dangerous materials, such as broken glass.

Please keep in mind that if, at the time of your purchase, you benefited from a discount or reward (for example, free shipping on 3 cases or more), the discount or amount will be forfeited from your refund or credit. Fair’s fair!

When will my refund be processed?

Once the wine has been collected, let us know and we can issue your credit or refund straight away.

It can take a few days for us to hear from our warehouse that your wine has been returned, so it’s always best to let us know as soon as the driver collects it. Then you can get onto buying your next case of delicious vino asap!

How do I change or cancel an order?

If you’ve ordered by clicking the ‘One-Click Checkout’ but change your mind straight away, there is an option to cancel and refund immediately.
