To get your wine in time for Christmas Day & New Years Eve, please place your order before:
- 2pm on Friday 15th December if your delivery is to the South Island
- 2pm on Monday 18th December if your delivery is to the North Island
We can’t guarantee delivery of any orders placed after these times by Christmas or New Years Eve.
Please keep in mind that it’s a very busy time of year and while our couriers promise to attempt delivery at least once, they may not be able to organise a redelivery of your order before Christmas or New Years if your first delivery is unsuccessful.
The best way to make sure your wine is delivered the first time is by adding really good delivery instructions to your order letting your driver know where to leave your wine if you aren’t home.
Also, don’t forget to take into account your office closure dates when ordering! If your office will be closed around your ETA, it’s best to have it delivered to another address.
We charge a flat $5 fee per case, but shipping is capped at $5 per order and free when you order 3 cases or more!
We deliver mainly with Post Haste. It usually takes 1 day for orders to be delivered to the North Island, 2 days to the South Island, and an extra day or two for rural areas. All of our delivery times are based on working days (Mon-Fri), and a more accurate timeframe will be provided at checkout.
Unfortunately, we’re unable to offer weekend delivery at this stage.
Our courier Post Haste is not associated with New Zealand Post, so we won’t be able to leave it at your nearest Post Office or deliver to your PO Box or Private Bag.
Adding delivery instructions to your order is the best way to have a successful delivery! For example, if you’re not home, you can add instructions for the driver to leave your order somewhere safe on the property. Otherwise, perhaps your work address may be more suitable.
If there is no one at the address to sign for your order and you haven’t given your driver instructions to leave the wine, our couriers should leave you a card. You can call the toll free number or jump on their website to arrange a suitable time for redelivery.
